Baked Crab and Shrimp Easy, Easy Dish

  • I medium green bell pepper – seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium onion – chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 6½ oz. Can flaked crab meat or 1 can tuna
  • 1 7 oz. can baby shrimp – cleaned
  • Dash of black pepper
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup buttered bread crumbs

Combine ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

This can be a light luncheon dish with a salad or a dip with crackers or Melba toast rounds for a small crowd.
