Artichoke Dip

All right, I know this is another oldie, but it is a no fail recipe. Amazingly enough, people who think they don’t like artichokes, love this. It is all in the presentation!

  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese – grated
  • 1 Can artichoke hearts, rinsed and excess water squeezed out. Squeeze like it is a rubber ball to get them as dry as possible.

Chop artichokes, mix all together and place in heat proof small casserole dish.

Bake at 350° approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Edges will be bubbly.
